The Beauty of Rain
Welcome to our October 2007 Newsletter
As you can see from the photo above, we've had quite an onslaught of rain in Jacksonville. We took this photo just as we thought we set out for a long walk on the sand! But rainy days do have their benefits. Spending so much time indoors helped us get our desks cleaned, our products organized and time to design new products. We know you haven't heard from us in a while and we thank you all for your continued patronage and patience.
Media Buzz
It's always lovely when a customer tells us that our hospitality made their visit to our home studio that much more fun to shop. And we're thrilled that it made headlines in our local newspaper. Read all about our company and the service that sets us apart. Tea, anyone? http://www.jacksonville.com/tu-online/stories/092607/ner_202537088.shtml
New Product News
When it comes to prints, we just love paisley. So one rainy day we came up with these confectionary cards. Choose from baby blue, pretty pink or regal black. They make staying in touch so much more fun. They are priced at $10 for a set of 5. For you early shoppers, this makes a great stocking stuffer!
Change is in the Air at San Marco
Our friendly neighborhood flower shop and boutique is changing colors this fall. Fine Flowers in San Marco which graciously invited us to be part of their store since February will now be adding the talents of silk floral arrangements to their array of offerings. As a result, we have moved our products back to our Home Studio. We sincerely thank Susan and Aarron of Fine Flowers and all those who visited our retail location. We can't wait to see you at home again!

On A Personal Note
Something about the onset of autumn gets me into a very reflective mood. I love delving into photo albums, yearbooks, old books and letters and emails from friends near and far. Which is why what recently happened struck me hard. Our computer's hard drive crashed. All of our files, business documents, photographs, sentimental letters...everything gone. Yes, we tried to recover it at three different places, but no luck. For someone like me that loves to scrapbook and reminisce, this was the worst thing to have happen. Not to mention, everything related to Sunisha Designs is gone. But what to do? You have to move on and know how to prevent this from happening again. So, I ask you all to please save all of your info onto an external hard drive or onto DVDs. I had to learn the hard way and I wouldn't want anyone of you to go through this. If you have saved any of our newsletters, photos or info, we would love it if you can forward them to bombay9@hotmail.com. Thank you for being our loyal friends as we slowly recover and restart anew.
We would love to have you at our home studio. Morning, evening, weekend or daytime appointments are welcome. Coffee, tea and something sweet are always on the house.
Sincerely, Manisha S. Joshi Sunisha Designs www.sunishadesigns.com 904-708-2656
